We address visible scuff marks, smudges, and light stains on walls, doors, and baseboards wherever possible – helping each room feel refreshed, maintained, and inspection-ready.
Appliance Interior Cleaning:
Ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other appliances are cleaned thoroughly inside and out. We remove grease, spills, and odors to restore a hygienic and functional condition.
Glass & Window Touch-Ups:
Interior windows, sliding doors, and glass surfaces are cleaned on both sides when accessible. We leave them streak-free and sparkling to create a polished and well-cared-for look.
Garage, Patio & Outdoor Details:
Applicable outdoor areas like patios, garages, and screened lanais are swept and tidied. We also offer add-ons such as outdoor kitchen cleaning for homes with extra outdoor features.
Final Debris & Trash Removal:
We collect and remove any leftover debris, packaging, or trash from the move or renovation. This final touch ensures the space is completely clean and truly ready for move-in or handover.

What’s included in a move-in or move-out cleaning?
Our move-in/move-out cleanings cover deep cleaning of all surfaces, inside cabinets and drawers, baseboards, appliances, and bathrooms — making the home spotless for new residents or final inspection.
Do I need to have the place empty before the cleaning?
Yes, we recommend that the space be empty for best results. If furniture or boxes are still present, let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Do you clean inside appliances like refrigerators and ovens?
Absolutely. Interior appliance cleaning is part of our standard move-in/move-out service unless otherwise requested.
Can I schedule a cleaning the same day I move?
We recommend scheduling your cleaning at least one day before moving in or out, to avoid delays and ensure our team has full access.
What if the previous tenant left the place very dirty?
No problem — we’re equipped to handle heavy buildup and neglected spaces. Just let us know the condition beforehand so we can allocate the right time and resources.
Do I have to be present during the service?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the property, you don’t need to be there. We’ll notify you once the job is done.
